Cannabis Manufacturer Emergency Rules Go Into Effect – Los Alamos Reporter

The Regulation and Licensing Division (RLD), Hashish Management Division (CCD), in partnership with the New Mexico Surroundings Division (NMED), enacted emergency guidelines on Thursday, December 2 for the manufacturing of edible and topical hashish merchandise within the state.

This emergency rule, enacted for 180 days, permits these within the hashish trade to assemble manufacturing services and put together operational procedures upfront of submitting a hashish producer license utility to CCD. Producers of edible and topical merchandise are required to finish a certification course of with NMED previous to finishing the CCD utility course of.
